137 Weapons and Armor.

I think we should have custom 137 weapons for all classes. :] Maybe even some special 137 armor. This gives the players that are 137 a way to stand out and it will give more people a goal of 137 instead of 130. Really the only thing you gain by getting level 137 is 7BP. So really a lot of people probably won't get to 137. I believe this will give them incentive.
